Picture upload is an important part of the Million Pixel Wall website, so there are a couple of conditions you must know.

• The website is not responsible for the uploaded pictures, copyright, or other legal disputes. The individuals upload the pictures, and each user is responsible for the uploaded content.
• It is not allowed to upload pictures with sensitive content. In this situation, the picture will not be uploaded, and the team will inform the owner. The user will be able to change the picture but will not be refunded.
• It is not allowed to upload pictures with children if the user cannot provide proof that the person is at least 18 years old or the child is with the legal parent (adult).
• It is not allowed to link the uploaded picture to a website with inappropriate or sensitive content.
• The Website team is eligible to make the final decision if the picture or link is appropriate and can be posted on the website.
• The uploaded picture on the wall is permanent and can't be changed if the technical functionality is not provided or not agreed upon individually otherwise.
• The information you submit during the checkout (picture, link, social media profile) may be used in public and published in official social media channels by the Website.
• The Website team is eligible to make changes to the Pixel Wall pictures location at any time. This process will never reduce the overall picture size which is purchased.
• If the uploaded picture is posted without the user's payment, the team is eligible to remove it or reduce it in size.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, we retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software and the Website, including without limitation all graphics, user interfaces, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, logos, and trademarks or service marks reproduced through the System. You recognize that the Software and the Website and their components are protected by copyright and other laws.
Any partnerships or use of Intelectual Property of the Website must be agreed upon with the team of Million Pixel Wall by connecting info@millionpixelwall.com or on any other official social media such as Twitter (@Millionpixelwall).

FEES AND PAYMENT

Payments of the Million Pixel Wall Services are the official and mandatory step for owning the picture on the Website, if not agreed otherwise.

• The payment amount for the Services is shown in XRPL (Ripple) cryptocurrency XRP.
• During the Website checkout process, after completing the picture upload step, the client is landed in the next step- Payment. Based on the pixel amount that client has chosen at the beginning of the checkout, the price for Service is calculated automatically and shown in the checkout area.
• Make the payment only to the official payment address which is shown in the Payment checkout step.

• After the payment transaction, the Service does not provide an option for the refund as the client has done checkout, agreed to terms and conditions and made a payment.
• Refund is done only in situations when the user has made an incorrect payment that does not match the order sum. In this case, the user must be content with the Website team.
• Accepted forms of payment are XRP or other cryptocurrencies if agreed individually.
